Bio: Dr. Turner (known by Dr. Rocket to his patients) graduated with Honors for each of his degrees. He also completed an Associates degree in 2013 from Lane Community College and was a Licensed Nursing Assistant for that year. Dr. Turner loves learning everything he can by researching websites about all aspects of medicine, but with emphasis on wellness and preventative medicine and behavioral medicine.

What Dr. Turner enjoys most about his job is making unsolvable problems into solvable ones by taking problems step by step into new choices and optimizing well-being by applying the evidence-based practices into real-life cognitive, emotional and sound behavioral changes.

Dr. Turner is married and has raised 8 children to adulthood. When not working, Dr. Turner enjoys playing the saxophone, playing golf weekly, painting photo-real pictures of American icons who are disappearing from the American landscape (e.g., Rexall Drug Stores, small hotels, gas stations, and old cars): his home is wallpapered with framed acrylics on canvasses and watercolors on paper. Dr. Turner says he is a better artist than a sax player. He also rides tours on motorcycles with his brothers and friends.
